I Bought A Lemon.. Now What Do I Do?

If you've found yourself reading this website you either suspect your car (or other auto) is a lemon or you already know it qualifies as one. Regardless of which, there's a good chance you're not sure what to do next. Besides hiring Tampa's Best Lemon Law Attorney's, of course.

First, you need to be certain that your new car, the one you've bought or leased, meets all of the criteria (set up under the various consumer protection and Lemon Laws of Florida) that determine whether you've just had to make a single, unfortunate repair or if you've had the same problem(s) fixed and then break again and again after a "reasonable number of repair attempts". To quickly read more about this and other details on what qualifies as a lemon, please review {this page} of our site.

After determining, for certain that you've got a lemon on your hands, it is only natural to get angry. Many people would make their next move a trip right back to the dealership that sold you the car and failed, repeatedly, at fixing the problem and show some of that anger. You might think "the louder I am, and the more potential customers that can hear my story, the better everything will be", thinking that this might teach them some sort of lesson. You should fight this urge.

You see, you are protected and you will get what's fair, but it's usually best at this point to leave the arguing to someone else; perhaps the next and best thing to do is give us a call, schedule an appointment to come down and meet with us and let us guide you through the process. Unfortunately, this is nothing like trying to return a faulty product to a retailer or even the manufacturer; it takes time and Experience to determine the right remedy for your situation and to help with things like the arbitration process.

So you see, there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if the tunnel takes turns and twists and has obstacles to maneuver. Let us, An Experienced Florida Lemon Law Attorney, help you make it through that tunnel... help ensure you drive out the other end, in a car you're happy with (that you don't have to keep company on the side of the road).
